About Ca l'Ona
At Ca l’Ona, we sell fresh pork and pork products to wholesale clients. We have our own farms raising and fattening pigs, so we can offer a 100% guarantee as to the source of the meat we use in our produce.
Our motto is "From the farm to the table" because we control the whole productive cycle, from raising the pigs to the preparing and selling the meat. We offer fresh, locally-reared produce with a quality guarantee you can trust in. That’s why our production is limited: it’s based on traditional methods with a focus on quality.
Botifarra is our specialty, made with the leanest minced prime pork cuts, such as the hams, shoulder, ribs and loin. We use the finest natural pork intestine, salt and spices.
Our workshop is based in Cantonigròs, in Collsacabra, a spectacularly beautiful setting. The village is part of the county of Osona, a land with a long and proud tradition of pig rearing and pork production.
